Panic Attack

Panic attack starts, quickly reaching its peak
Struggling for breath, feeling pathetic and weak
Deep breaths, looking round, trying to stay grounded
Hard to focus when you feel you’re surrounded
Keep trying to breathe, get myself calm
My own mind is attacking me, sounding an alarm
I focus on a point, a sign saying caution wet floor
With one last deep breath, I head for the door.
